Never got to the country yesterday - got ill and had to stay home. A quick visit to the doctor confirmed some kind of streps, so I’m now on antibiotics.
Aila left for Gotland today, for a master class with some of the best shiatsu therapists in Sweden. I’ll join her there Tuesday, if I am well enough by then.
I am not qualified to attend the shiatsu class, of course (it’s strictly for experienced practitioners). But I will do qigong and meditation with them - and I am usually a good guinea pig, if they need one.
