Back in the water today, and my swimming went well. Afterwards, I went to a very small Italian restaurant called Zucchero and ate a light but excellent meal. It was a warm day again, so I had my coffe outside and watched the late afternoon sun above the rooftops of Södermalm.
Aila was working at the annual Health Fair – I left a message on her phone, telling her how beautiful everything was.
